Paper Machine Supervisor, Memphis, TN

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a "state of the art" facility for a large International Corporation? Our client has a need for an individual that has prior experience as a Paper/Tissue Machine Supervisor. Opportunity is available for future growth within the organization.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for production/quality of a 24/7 operation, report into the Production Superintendent, manage a staff of approximately 20 individuals with 2 leads, and maintain safety/housekeeping of the department.

Requires prior Paper Machine Supervision experience; Bachelors Degree preferred in Pulp & Paper Science or Chemical Engineering; Excellent judgment, communication, and strong decision making skills; PC Experience (Microsoft Package) required and a commitment for quality performance.
